The MS9710C Spectrum Analyzer is a derivative grating type spectrum analyzer for analyzing spectra in the 600 to 1750 nm wavelength range.
The MS9710C is an upgraded version of the MS9710B. It has improved performance in wavelength accuracy, resolution bandwidth, OSNR, etc.
In particular, the MS9710C enhances the performance of the L-band from 1570 nm to 1620 nm.
