The MS9740A is a benchtop spectrum analyzer covering 600 nm to 1750 nm. The MS9740A offers high performance optical resolution and high speed measurements to meet the needs of equipment and component manufacturers.

Waveform data can be measured and transferred to an external control device in 0.2 seconds, a five-fold improvement over previous Anritsu models.

The Spectrum Analyzer MS9740A reduces the total time from waveform scan to data transfer to an external control device and supports simple analysis procedures, providing excellent cost performance and higher productivity.
