Accordingly, each Customer shall also obtain the consent of its visitors and post an online privacy policy consistent with the contents of this Ordinance to ensure that each of its visitors authorises the Customer's website and Megatrends to collect, use and display data and information about them free of charge when they visit the Customer's website. If the customer is not in accordance with the foregoing agreement with the visitor to sign the online privacy policy in line with the content of the Ordinance, resulting in the visitor to claim any breach of contract / liability and other rights, the corresponding responsibility shall be borne by the customer, and Megatrend and Shenzhen Megatrend Technology Co.
