Spectrum Analyzer MS9740B Product Overview
The benchtop spectrometer MS9740B features a wide dynamic range, high resolution, and fast scanning speed in the wavelength range from 600 nm to 1750 nm. It supports multimode fiber optic input and is ideal for fabrication and evaluation of 850 nm band VCSEL modules.
The MS9740B reduces the measurement processing time by half*1 while maintaining the original functionality and performance, and overcomes the problem of decreased measurement sensitivity due to faster processing speed.
In addition, it retains the measurement menu screens for optical active devices (LD-module, DF-LD, FP-LD, LED, PMD, WDM, optical amplifier, and WDM filter) for device evaluation. It supports one-time measurement of key evaluation items, such as optical center wavelength, level, optical signal-to-noise ratio, spectrum width, etc., and displays the results on one screen.
