The MS9780A is a grating spectrometer for spectral analysis at wavelengths from 0.6 to 1.75 μm. The Anritsu MS9710B/C input section has been redesigned to support optical fibers with a core diameter of 50/62.5 μm, and the input section of the Anritsu MS9710B/C can be used to measure the spectra of LDs and LEDs, for example.
In addition to uses such as measuring LD and LED spectra, it has functional passive components for measuring transmission characteristics, such as optical isolators, and NF/gain for fiber amplifier systems. In addition to its basic functionality, the superior stability and reliability of the diffraction grating (patent pending) easily passes the stringent precision measurements required for WDM by specification communication methods, especially in the 1.55 μm band. The analyzer has the dynamic range, receive sensitivity and user-required scan speed provided by Anritsu to support the high level of technology. The high sensitivity meets the stringent requirements of today's measurement instruments.
In particular, the excellent wavelength and stage specifications fully meet the dense WDM requirements in the 1.55 μm band. In addition to high reliability and excellent basic performance, the analyzer has a full range of application features to support accurate measurements in the fastest possible time.
