The Keysight N7026A is a 150 MHz bandwidth active current probe for use with InfiniiVision and Infiniium oscilloscopes. The probe has a large, flat bandwidth (DC to 150 MHz), low noise (<250 µArms), and a wide input range (up to 30 Arms continuous current or 40 Apeak discontinuous current). Its measurement sensitivity is as low as 1 mA/div, allowing you to see low-level signals more accurately.
Demagnetization and elimination of offset errors are critical if you are to make accurate measurements with a clamp-on current probe. The demagnetization and calibration buttons on the probe make it easy to quickly remove any remanence and unwanted DC offsets. The probe can be powered directly through the InfiniiVision and Infiniium AutoProbe interfaces (where currents up to 15 Apeak can be measured) or through an external AC adapter (where currents up to 40 Apeak can be measured).
The N7026A is ideal for capturing transient current signals such as those generated by high-frequency digital circuits, ICs, motor controllers, switching power supplies, inverters, and current amplifiers driving inductive loads.
Large bandwidth: DC to 150 MHz
