Each digital source meter is both a highly stable DC power supply and a true instrument-grade 6½-digit multimeter. The features of this power supply include low noise, precision, and readback. The multimeter's features include high repeatability and low noise. The result is a compact, single-channel, DC parameter tester. In operation, these instruments can be used as voltage sources, current sources, voltmeters, current meters and ohmmeters.
