U2722A keysight USB modular source meter module

The U2722A USB Modular Source Meter Module is a 3-channel 20 V/120 mA product that operates in 4 quadrants with channels that can be connected in series or parallel to achieve outputs of up to 60 V/360 mA. With a standard high-speed USB 2.0 interface, it is easy to connect and plug-and-play, allowing users to set up and configure their tests quickly and easily.

The U2722A can be used alone or with other modules in the USB modular instrument and DAQ families to form extended or compact solutions.

The optional Keysight U2941A parametric test fixture works with the U2722A to test semiconductor components, including SMT and DIP integrated circuits. 

If you're looking for a basic but comprehensive IV curve tracer solution for component testing, the Pro version of the Keysight Parametric Measurement Manager software can meet your needs. This software can be used with the U2722A USB modular source meter module to analyze discrete semiconductors without any programming.
