The Agilent / HP 81533A and 81533B interface modules can be used with the 815xx optical heads and the 8153, 8163, and 8164 mainframes. Agilent Technologies does not publish specifications for the 81533A or 81533B interface module because it must always be used with the optical head and host.

The 81533B module can be used with the following optical heads: 81520A, 81521B, 81524A, and 81525A. The 81533A module can be used with optical heads: 81521B and 81524A.
