53210A Keysight 350 MHz RF Frequency Counter

The 53210A single-channel 350 MHz RF frequency counter is optimized to provide fast, accurate frequency measurements with a simplified user interface. An optional additional RF channel can be added to perform 6 or 15 GHz measurements.

The instrument now comes with a built-in BenchVue software license (BV0011B). BenchVue helps you easily connect and control the instrument and automate test sequences
