53230A Keysight 350 MHz General Purpose Inverter/Counter

The 53230A is a 2-channel frequency counter capable of frequency and time interval measurements as well as continuous gapless measurements.

• Two 350 MHz input channels, with optional third channel (6 GHz or 15 GHz)

• 12 bit/sec resolution, 20 ps time interval resolution

• Built-in mathematical analysis functions and color graphic display (trend and histogram)

• Continuous gapless measurements and time stamps for basic modulation domain analysis

• LXI-C/LAN, USB, GPIB

• Optional: Lithium battery

The instrument now comes with a built-in BenchVue software license (BV0011B). BenchVue makes it easy to connect and control the instrument and automate test sequences

The Keysight 53230A general-purpose frequency counter/timer meets all your frequency and interval measurement needs. In addition to typical frequency and interval measurements, it performs continuous/gapless measurements so you can perform basic modulation domain analysis. Burst measurement software is available. An optional additional microwave channel can be added to perform 6 or 15 GHz measurements.
