2612B Keithley SMU Source Meter Instrument

The 2600B Series System SourceMeter SMU instrument is the industry's leading current/voltage source and measurement solution built with Keithley's third generation SMU technology.

Available in single- and dual-channel models, the 2600B Series combines the functionality of a precision power supply, true current source, 6-1/2-bit digital multimeter, arbitrary waveform generator, pulse generator and electronic load into one tightly integrated instrument. The result is a powerful solution that dramatically increases productivity in applications ranging from benchtop I/V characterization to highly automated production testing.

For benchtop use, the 2600B Series instruments feature built-in Java-based software for plug-and-play I/V testing from any browser, on any computer, anywhere. For automated system applications, the 2600B Series' Test Script Processor (TSP) runs complete test programs from within the instrument for industry throughput.

In larger multi-channel applications, Keithley's TSP-Link technology works in concert with the TSP to enable high-speed, per-pin SMU parallel testing. Because the 2600B Series SourceMeter SMU instruments have fully isolated channels and do not require a mainframe, they can be easily reconfigured and redeployed as your test applications evolve.

The 2600B Series is an SMU instrument with built-in Java-based test software that enables true plug-and-play I/V characterization from any browser, on any computer, anywhere. This unique feature increases productivity in a wide range of applications including R&D, education, and QA/FA. Simply connect the 2600B to the Internet via the included LAN cable, open a browser, enter the 2600B's IP address, and begin testing. The generated data can be downloaded into a spreadsheet (e.g. Excel) for further analysis and formatting, or included in other documents or presentations.
