Description.
The MS4640B VectorStar Vector Network Analyzer offers the widest frequency coverage from 70 kHz to 70 GHz in a single instrument. While the maximum frequency of 70 GHz is impressive, the additional twenty octave range from the low end is even more exciting. IMDView™ provides a flexible menu bar that displays real-time measurements when modifying key IMD parameters. The internal combination option provides single connection testing of active devices, automatically switching between S-parameters and IMD measurements without reconnecting the DUT. pulseView™ pulse measurement capability, combined with innovative IF digitization options, provides industry leading 2.5 ns pulse resolution and 100 dB dynamic range for varying duty cycles without compromising or balancing performance usage. The DifferentialView™ option, combined with the internal dual source option, provides real-time display analysis of differential devices, devices and components while automatically modifying the phase and amplitude relationships of the internal dual sources.
The noise coefficient measurement option is based on cold-source technology for increased accuracy, and VectorStar is the only vector network analyzer capable of measuring noise coefficients from 70 kHz to 125 GHz with an optimized noise receiver for 30 GHz to 125 GHz 125 GHz measurements.
