The Keysight E8363A vector network analyzer has been replaced by the Keysight E8363B PNA series network analyzer (10 MHz to 40 GHz).
The Keysight E8363A vector network analyzer is a member of the PNA Series network analyzer platform, which provides the speed and accuracy to meet the demanding test requirements of today's high-frequency, high-performance components. the PNA Series offers fast scan speeds, wide dynamic range, low trace noise, and flexible connectivity to meet a variety of test challenges.
The E8363A provides TRL/LRM calibration for waveguide, on-wafer and in-fixture devices (using quad receivers), optional source attenuators, bias T-joints and direct receiver access for active devices and extended dynamic range measurements.
Powerful automation and self-service tools make the instruments well suited to R&D and manufacturing needs. 16 independent measurement channels, a built-in hard drive, and a mouse are available for the PNA Series.
