Keysight's most flexible and versatile ENA vector network analysis instrumentation devices are increasingly integrated, and their full performance characterization requires a complete RF and microwave measurement solution. With a frequency range up to 53 GHz and advanced test capabilities, the E5080B provides R&D personnel with flexible test capabilities. Excellent dynamic range, trace noise and temperature stability ensure high reliability and repeatability of measurements.
The E5080B ENA Vector Network Analyzer provides comprehensive device characterization of passive components, amplifiers, mixers, and inverters.
You can perform more tests with an all-in-one analyzer that incorporates multiple functions such as a DC power supply, bias T-connector, pulse generator, pulse modulator, and internal second power supply. Gain more insight with applications such as spectrum analysis, mixer measurements, and noise figure measurements. Choose from 2- or 4-port options to cover the frequency range from 9 kHz to 20 GHz, or cover the higher frequency range from 100 kHz to 53 GHz.
The E5080B uses the same measurement technology as other Yestech vector network analyzers (VNAs) such as the PNA, PXI and USB VNA. The universal software platform makes it easy and convenient to select the right performance level to better fit your budget and measurement needs. This common platform ensures a high degree of consistency and repeatability of measurement results across multiple instruments throughout the development and manufacturing process, and provides a common remote programming interface for these instruments.
Wide frequency range - from 9 kHz to 4.5/6.5/9/14/20 GHz, or from 100 kHz to 26.5/32/44/53 GHz
Wide dynamic range of 140 dB allows for complete capture of device performance
Built-in DC power supply, bias T-connector, pulse generator and pulse modulator options allow for complete device characterization
Consistent testing between the development and production stages using the same user interface (UI) and SCPI commands as high-end PNAs
Significantly increases measurement throughput by providing spectrum analysis, pulsed RF measurements, vector mixer measurements, noise figure measurements and more in a single instrument
