The TSL-770 has a wavelength tunable range of up to 160 nm, which improves measurement throughput and accuracy. The TSL-770 is an ideal light source for a variety of applications such as evaluation sites, R&D, and basic research. In terms of optical noise reduction, the TSL-770 dramatically improves the Q value and wavelength stability of external cavity lasers. Accordingly, this light source can be used in research fields such as silicon photonics, optical and optical interferometry, and spectral analysis.
