The T6000D series provides single output programmable DC power supplies for high power, stable DC power supply in laboratories and automated test systems.The auto-range output feature of the IT6000D series provides a wider range of voltage and current combinations over the entire power range for flexibility. The IT6000D series offers a wide range of applications, with SiC technology, current ranges up to 8000 A and voltage ranges up to 2250 V. The power supplies also offer a variety of standard communication interfaces to simplify and accelerate test development, and a compact 3U design to save rack space. For higher output power, multiple units of the same size can be easily paralleled to build a power system with a total power of up to 2MW.
