IT-M3140 Series ITECH IDEXX High Power Density Programmable DC Power Supplies

IT-M3140 series high power density programmable DC power supply is a combination of high stable output, high speed dynamic response (<1ms), 9 protection functions and LIST programming mode. It provides 30V~1200V, 1850W & 3000W output capability in a small size of ½ 2U to meet the applications of power tools, e-bikes, drones, power modules, and semiconductors.

• ½ 2U size provides 1850W & 3000W power outputs.

• Full range of voltage from 30V-1200V and current up to 150A.

• Three output modes: constant voltage/constant current/constant power

• CC/CV priority mode, effectively inhibit the current overshoot

• High-speed dynamic response time: <1ms

• Voltage and current waveform output can be edited according to the LIST, with adjustable rising and falling slopes.

• Fold back, over-voltage/under-voltage, over-current/under-current, over-power, over-temperature and inhibit protections make the test safer and more reliable.

• Hardware and software combination of Sense protection circuit design, effective detection of Sense reverse connection, leakage and other problems, to protect the object to be tested.
