The IT6100 series has a high resolution of 0.1mV/ 0.1mA, allowing customers to get more accurate test results. Its voltage rise rate is up to 20ms, and its high-speed List mode output allows independent editing and execution of preset voltage waveforms to meet high-speed testing needs. The series has a built-in 5 ½ bit digital voltmeter and milliohm meter for accurate measurement of additional signals. Using the standard SCPI communication protocol, customers can optionally configure GPIB/USB and RS232 for programmable control, making it a better choice for laboratory and production line DC power supplies.
