The SBT300 battery tester uses the AC four-terminal method to measure the voltage and impedance of batteries, enabling higher voltage and resistance measurement accuracy, wider voltage and resistance ranges, and faster measurement speeds. In addition, the instrument also provides a comparator function and a wealth of external interfaces, which makes it easy for technicians to provide appropriate solutions according to the actual application scenarios.

Comparator Function
The battery tester SBT300 has separate comparator functions for voltage and resistance measurements, enabling simultaneous Pass/Hi/IN/Lo judgements to be made and displayed on the screen. In addition, the instrument can also output the combined judgement results to an external I/O port or buzzer.
Analogue output function
The SBT300 battery tester is capable of analogue output of resistance measurements, and by connecting the analogue output to a data logger, changes in resistance values are recorded, making it easy to use a data acquisition instrument for measurements requiring long-term recording and for evaluating fuel cells.
Calibration Function
The Battery Tester SBT300 is capable of compensating for the bias voltage or gain drift of the internal circuitry of the instrument, etc., and calibrating the measurement data to improve measurement accuracy. The calibration of the instrument is divided into automatic mode (default) and manual mode. In the automatic calibration mode, the calibration is executed automatically once in 30 minutes; while in the manual mode, the calibration can be performed manually through EXT I/O and communication commands. Among them, the measurement processing will be suspended during calibration, and the instrument is automatically calibrated by default. In addition, when the sampling rate is non-SLOW, the instrument will be automatically calibrated after warm-up.
Storage Function
Battery tester SBT300 built-in 2.8G storage space, measurement results can be stored in csv format or mat format to the instrument's memory, and provides a USB interface, can be exported through the external USB flash drive, at any time to view the corresponding time of the measurement results.
Statistical function
Battery tester SBT300 can calculate statistical indicators based on the measurement results, draw normal distribution graphs, and observe the normal distribution of measurement results.
