Overview

The R&S®SGS100A is an RF source that fulfils the requirements of automated test systems. It can be used as a continuous wave signal source or as a vector signal generator with integrated I/Q modulator. As a vector signal generator, frequencies up to 12.75 GHz can be used to generate the necessary digital signals. When used as a continuous wave signal source, the RF source can be used as a flexible local oscillator or for interference testing according to mobile radio standards.
