With a frequency range of 9 kHz to 4.5/8.5 GHz and 100 kHz to 20/26.5/40/43.5 GHz, the network analyser is dedicated to mobile radios, electronics, and aerospace and defence applications, as well as high-speed printed circuit board designs. the R&S®ZNB is ideally suited for the development of RF components such as amplifiers, mixers, filters and cables, The R&S®ZNB is ideally suited for the development, production and repair of RF components such as amplifiers, mixers, filters and cables.
- Frequency range from 9 kHz to 43.5 GHz
- Two or four ports
- Wide dynamic range up to 140 dB
- Short scan time of 4 ms for 401 points
- Wide power sweep range of 98 dB
The R&S®ZNB receiver combines excellent power handling, high sensitivity and low trace noise. the R&S®ZNB base unit typically has a dynamic range of 140 dB. the R&S®ZNB8-B5x option extends the dynamic range to a maximum of 150 dB for inter-port measurements. the R&S®ZNB8-B5x is the first receiver to offer a wide dynamic range of up to 140 dB. The analyser can measure S-parameters with amplitude and phase drifts typically less than 0.01 dB/°C and 0.15°/°C. The R&S®ZNB8-B5x option extends the dynamic range to a maximum of 150 dB for inter-port measurements.
The R&S®ZNB offers a wide range of features and options, including embedding/de-embedding features, S-parameter mixing modes for balanced DUT characterisation measurements, and S-parameter redefinition for flexible test setup configuration. The analyser also offers time-domain measurement options including eye diagrams, frequency conversion measurements and two independent internal generators.
The R&S®ZNB and various switching matrices form a comprehensive solution for complex modular measurements with up to 48 ports. The Rohde & Schwarz matrices support complete cross-switching measurements and are capable of determining all S-parameters of a multiport device under test. The automatic calibration unit with up to 24 ports enables fast and precise calibration of the device.
