E5055A Keysight SSA-X Signal Source Analyser

The Keysight E5055A SSA-X Signal Source Analyser is a one-stop shop for accurate measurements. This versatile solution is capable of evaluating phase noise and other relevant parameters on RF signals up to 8 GHz. Flexible measurement setups and a modern user interface increase measurement efficiency and can be used with software for a wider range of measurements to meet new test requirements.

It also has an ultra-low noise floor, and accurate phase noise measurements can be obtained by using a cross-correlation method.
