N4963A keysight clock synthesizer 13.5 GHz

• 500 MHz to 13.5 GHz operating rates

The N4963A Clock Synthesizer 13.5 GHz generates six pairs of differential square-wave clock outputs in the 500 MHz to 13.5 GHz range. The instrument features GPIB-programmable output amplitude, DC bias, phase bias, subrate triggering, and jitter injection.

• Extending the operation of the N4962A serial BERT
