Longer acquisition time at full bandwidth
10 Msample (standard); 20 Msample (interleaved mode)
The R&S®RTB2000 offers best-in-class storage depth: up to 10 Msample per channel and up to 20 Msample in interleave mode. 10 times more than comparable oscilloscopes. Users can capture longer acquisition sequences at high sampling rates for more detailed analysis, such as analyzing transient response of switching power supplies.
Logic analysis with mixed-signal oscilloscope options
16 additional digital channels
With the R&S®RTB-B1 option, the R&S®RTB2000 can be upgraded to a mixed-signal oscilloscope with 16 additional digital channels and intuitive operation. The oscilloscope can simultaneously capture and analyze analog and digital signals from embedded designs. For example, delays between analog-to-digital converter inputs and outputs can be easily determined using cursor measurements.
Waveform and code pattern generator (generates analog and digital excitation)
With data rates of up to 50 Mbit/s, the R&S®RTB-B6 waveform and code pattern generator is suitable for education as well as hardware prototyping. In addition to the usual sine, square/pulse, ramp and noise waveforms, the generator can output arbitrary waveforms as well as 4-bit signal code patterns. Waveforms and code patterns can be imported as CSV files or copied from the oscilloscope waveform. Predefined code patterns such as I2C, SPI, UART, and CAN/LIN can be used.
Digital voltmeter (measures and displays electrical potential)
The R&S®RTB2000 features a 3-digit voltmeter (DVM) and a 6-digit frequency meter on each channel for simultaneous measurements. Standard measurement functions include DC, AC + DC (RMS) and AC (RMS).
