The Keysight N6731B 50 W basic DC power module provides programmable voltage and current as well as measurement and protection features at a very economical price, making it suitable for powering devices under test or ATE system resources such as fixture control equipment.
The modules are available for the 1U high N6700 Compact Multi-Output Modular Power System for ATE systems and the N6705 Multi-Output DC Power Analyzer for bench testing. All mainframes are equipped with GPIB, LAN, USB and LXI interfaces as standard. Over 30 different DC power modules are available, ranging from basic to high precision, and from 20 W to 500 W power.
