Description
Network Analyzer N5251A Four-Port Wideband 110 GHz Network Analyzer.
The PNA-X millimeter-wave VNA has a frequency range of 10 MHz to 110 GHz and a 1.0 mm coaxial connector that covers the full test frequency in a single scan.
Use the 67 GHz N5247A PNA-X network analyzer as its measurement engine
Connect a millimeter wave frequency expander to the PNA-X via the N5261A or N5262A controller
The frequency extender has a built-in synthesizer and coupler for *maximum port power
The system can be reconfigured for waveguide measurements.
In addition, Kelvin bias T-connectors are added to the test head closer to the test port to improve bias conditions for sensitive devices
Uses the proven, data-based 1.0 mm calibration technique
