Vector signal generators up to 67 GHz
The single- and dual-channel R&S®SMW200A is available in the frequency range up to 67 GHz and 44 GHz. The generator can also be fitted with up to two internal baseband modules and four fading simulator modules. Based on this concept, two full-featured vector signal generators are integrated in a single unit, enabling complex signal scenarios to be easily created.
2 GHz bandwidth for excellent modulation characteristics
With an RF bandwidth of up to 2 GHz, the wideband I/Q modulator covers all applications in its frequency range, including wireless communications, satellite communications and radar. The internal baseband can generate signals with a maximum RF modulation bandwidth of 2 GHz.
The D/A converter and excellent RF chain design ensure excellent modulation frequency response of<0.4 dB over a 2 GHz bandwidth with excellent EVM performance.
