The Keysight ParBERT 13.5Gb/s module is the ideal solution for testing high-speed communication ports, components, chips, modules, etc. for a variety of technologies and applications.
Both the Keysight N4872A 13.5 Gb/s generator module and the N4873A 13.5 Gb/s analyzer module are one VXI slot wide and require the E4809A central clock module. The ParBERT 13.5 Gb/s module is capable of generating and analyzing differential or single-ended signals from 500 Mb/s to 13.5 Gb/s.
