Hardware-based waveform acquisition (Hardware-based waveform acquisition for accurate measurement results)
The R&S®RTC1000 oscilloscope has a class-leading sampling rate of up to 2 Gsample/s and a storage depth of up to 2 Msample. Waveform capture rates of more than 10,000 waveforms/sec ensure that the instrument responds quickly and can reliably capture signal faults. Included tools for fast results such as quick measurements, template tests, FFT, math operations, cursors, and automated measurements (including statistical measurements)
Multiple measurement functions (quick view: one-click access to key results)
Multiple automatic measurement functions
Quick View: Get key results with one click
Template test: Easily create new templates with just a few keystrokes
FFT: Easy analysis of signal spectrum
Logic analysis with mixed-signal oscilloscope option (eight additional digital channels)
With the R&S®RTC-B1 option, the R&S®RTC1000 can be upgraded to a mixed-signal oscilloscope with eight additional digital channels and intuitive operation. The oscilloscope can capture and analyze both analog and digital signals of embedded designs. For example, we can easily determine the delay between the input and output of an analog-to-digital converter using cursor measurements.
Waveform and code pattern generator (generates analog and digital excitation)
The integrated R&S®RTC-B6 waveform and pattern generator with data rates of up to 50 Mbit/s is suitable for education as well as for hardware prototyping. In addition to the usual sine, square/pulse, ramp and noise waveforms, the generator can also output 4-bit signal code patterns. Waveforms and code patterns can be imported as CSV files or copied from oscilloscope waveforms. You can preview the signal before outputting it to quickly check the correctness of the signal. Predefined code types such as I2C, SPI, UART and CAN/LIN are available.
The R&S®RTC1000 oscilloscope is unique in its high sensitivity, versatility and cost effectiveness. The rich analysis capabilities make the oscilloscope suitable for a large group of users, including embedded design developers, maintenance technicians, and educators. The advanced high-performance technology and fanless design meet the high demands of today's customers.
