Overview
Manual

 Keysight N1055A remote probe modules for fast, accurate impedance and S-parameter measurements on high-speed designs with up to 16 ports. Equip the DCA-X oscilloscope host with 1 to 4 N1055A time domain reflectometer (TDR)/time domain transmission (TDT) modules for an economical solution.  


  • Selectable bandwidths: 35 or 50 GHz (upgradeable)

  • Edge speed (10-90%, typical): 18 ps (35 GHz) or 7 ps (50 GHz)

  • Number of optional channels: 2 or 4 per module (upgradeable) with independent skew control, up to 16 channels per N1000A DCA-X mainframe

  • Ultra-thin remote probe: 1.27 m phase-stabilized cable, 2.92 mm (35 GHz) or 1.85 mm (50 GHz) connector, and integrated 67 GHz diode limiter for ESD/EOS protection

  • TDR fixture de-embedding feature eliminates the influence of fixtures, cables or probes connected between the remote probe and the device under test

The N1000A and N1055A can be fully integrated into a comprehensive measurement system, providing.
