N1045B Keysight 60 GHz, 2/4-port, electronic remote sampling head

The Keysight N1045B Electroport Sample Head is a Digital Communications Analyzer (DCA) module that is compatible with the N1000A DCA-X mainframe. The Keysight DCA module offers a wide range of configuration and performance options, so there is an oscilloscope solution to suit your needs in terms of bandwidth, channel count, and features.

• 60 GHz bandwidth (65 GHz typical)

• 2 or 4 channels per module (user selectable)

• User selectable 20/35/45/60 GHz bandwidth settings

• Electrical input: 1.85 mm male or female (user selectable), 250 kSa/s sample rate

N1010A FlexDCA sampling oscilloscope software

All Keysight DCA-X sampling oscilloscopes use the same N1010A FlexDCA software to control the measurement hardware, using it as both a local user interface and a remote control interface.

• Runs on DCA mainframes (86100D and N1000A) and external PCs/laptops

• Basic measurements built in, or you can add additional measurement packages as needed

• Can be run standalone with imported or simulated waveforms; can also be connected to DCA-M or DCA-X
