The Tektronix CSA8000 is part of the 8000 Series sampling oscilloscope family, which includes the TDS8000 and a complete set of optical and electronic sampling modules. Together, these products replace the Tektronix 11801C and CSA803C sampling oscilloscopes.
The 8000 Series offers comprehensive measurement capabilities with bandwidths up to 28 GHz (optical) and 50 GHz (electrical). With superior vertical resolution, fast update speeds and a Windows user interface, the 8000 Series is a powerful measurement system for high-speed optoelectronic communications, semiconductor testing and TDR characterization of circuit boards, IC packages and cables.
