The Keysight (formerly Agilent) 54754A has two 18-GHz channels, both with built-in TDR step generators. The two channels can be configured in concert to provide differential or common-mode TDR excitation/response, or they can be used individually. When the TDR/TDT step generator is not operating, either channel can work as a normal oscilloscope vertical system.
