The Keysight 83484A dual electrical channel module has two 50 GHz bandwidth electrical channels.

The Agilent/HP dual 50 GHz module has two 50 GHz bandwidth electrical channels. For best noise performance when measuring small signals, use the 26.5 GHz setting. For highest accuracy and fidelity when measuring very high speed signals, the 50 GHz bandwidth setting is used.
