The Keysight N1000A DCA-X wideband oscilloscope performs accurate measurements on high-speed digital designs from 50 Mb/s to 224 Gb/s. You can also choose optional plug-in modules for the N1000A DCA-X mainframe to meet your bandwidth, filtering, and sensitivity needs.
