N1000A Keysight DCA-X Wide Bandwidth Oscilloscope Mainframe

The Keysight N1000A DCA-X wideband oscilloscope performs accurate measurements on high-speed digital designs from 50 Mb/s to 224 Gb/s. You can also choose optional plug-in modules for the N1000A DCA-X mainframe to meet your bandwidth, filtering, and sensitivity needs.

• The DCA-X platform consists of a mainframe and a variety of modules to perform flexible testing.

• The consistency and flexibility of the DCA-X series analyzers ensure highly accurate measurements.

• Support for current modules, as well as older optical, electrical and TDR modules that have been discontinued, prevents your investment from becoming obsolete.

• Test bandwidth > 110 GHz with jitter as low as 50 fs and noise as low as 275 uV.

• Sample rates up to 250 kSa/s and support for up to 16 channels for high test throughput.

Research and analysis with the DCA-X oscilloscope

All Keysight DCA-X sampling oscilloscopes use the same N1010A FlexDCA software to control the measurement hardware, using it as both a local user interface and a remote control interface. The FlexDCA and DCA-X sampling oscilloscope combination is continually being upgraded to meet the needs of additional applications, such as
