The Keysight 34420A Nanovoltmeter / Microohmmeter (formerly Agilent) is a high-sensitivity multimeter optimized for performing low-level measurements. This digital ohmmeter combines low-noise voltage measurements with resistance and temperature measurement capabilities. 34420A Nanovoltmeter / Microohm allows for accurate, repeatable low-level measurements.
By using a combination of seven-and-a-half bit resolution, optional analog and digital filtering, basic DC voltage accuracy of 2 ppm over 24 hours, and a shielded copper pin connector, you'll get accurate, reliable, repeatable measurements. It sets a new standard for flexible and high-performance low-level measurements, and gives you accurate and repeatable measurements you can trust.
Enables high-sensitivity DCV and resistance measurements with resolutions up to 100 pV and 100 nΩ
Performs accurate temperature measurements to 0.003 ˚C using the standard platinum resistance thermometer (SPRT) probe
Built-in low-noise 2-channel scanner for easy voltage comparisons
Includes BenchVue software license to make it easier to connect and control instruments and automate test sequences
Built-in resistance and temperature measurement capabilities
The 34420A seven-and-a-half-digit multimeter combines a low-noise nanovoltage input circuit with a highly stable current source to make precise low-level resistance measurements. The cost and complexity are greatly reduced compared to using an external current source. It offers three resistance modes.
Bias compensation function to minimize the thermoelectric potential (EMF) and associated errors
