• Spectral purity comparable to PSG, sufficient to meet the demanding requirements of radar module and system testing
• Can compensate for system losses and drive high power amplifiers: +19 dBm output power, -55 dBc harmonics and -68 dBc spurious (at 20 GHz)
• Fast switching of 600 µs reduces calibration time
• Easily emulate narrowband linear FM signals and radar antenna scans by using up to 5 built-in function generators and AM, FM and PM pulse modulation methods
