MSO9404A keysight Mixed Signal Oscilloscope

The Keysight MSO9404A Infiniium oscilloscope features an analog bandwidth of 500 MHz to 4 GHz and a 15-inch XGA display. The unit features four high-performance oscilloscope channels and a high sampling rate of 20 GSa/s, ensuring accurate analog characterization and excellent signal viewing.

The MSO9404A Infiniium oscilloscope is designed for a wide range of measurement capabilities to meet the test requirements of a variety of applications. The unit features 16 fully integrated, time-aligned digital channels that provide insight into timing relationships and allow precise triggering. The optional integrated protocol viewer can be used to quickly isolate physical layer issues that lead to errors. the MSO9404A Infiniium oscilloscope can be customized with debug features and conformance packages to tailor the oscilloscope to the operator's needs.
