When deploying emerging high-speed serial bus technologies, identifying spectral components of wide-bandwidth RF signals, or analyzing transient physical phenomena, you need the most realistic characteristics of the signal under test.Keysight Infiniium 90000 X-Series oscilloscopes feature 33 GHz of true analog bandwidth. By investing in a proprietary integrated circuit process, Yestech has achieved the industry's highest hardware analog bandwidth on its measurement instruments, while achieving the industry's lowest background noise and inherent jitter, and enabling the 90000 X-Series to deliver true analog hardware bandwidth up to 33 GHz. Because of the 16 GHz hardware technology bottleneck, other vendors have had to resort to digital signal processing enhancement techniques or frequency domain interleaving to increase the test bandwidth of their oscilloscopes. However, these methods increase noise density and distortion and can adversely affect measurement accuracy. 90000 X-Series offers the industry's lowest noise and inherent jitter, ensuring superior measurement accuracy.
The newest test probes available with the Infiniium 90000 X-Series oscilloscopes offer a 30 GHz spot probe accessory and other accessories with a 28 GHz bandwidth, and if you initially purchase only 16 GHz probes, you can upgrade them to higher bandwidths at any point in the future.
